What Parents Need To Know

The Showcase of Promising Practices is an exciting initiative in Texas, whereby programs meeting specific challenges of special education are spotlighted and recognized for their unique and successful approaches.  The Showcase of Promising Practices also works to establish a networking system among programs interested in improving services for students with disabilities and their families.

ESC personnel can answer questions about the Showcase of Promising Practices, assist programs in the completion of the nomination packet, and share information about validated promising practices in their region.  Contact the ESC representative in your region for more information.
